农村中等职教就业导向课程模式建构

摘    要:面对农村社会转型的新形势,农村中职必须将培养目标定位在为农村社会转型服务上来。当前的农村中等职教课程模式以学科为中心,专业范围狭窄,知识结构单一,课程结构缺少弹性,难以满足新农村建设和劳动力转移对人才的多样化需求。重构农村中等职业教育课程模式,须以就业为导向,打破学科界限,着眼于以提高学生的转岗能力为核心进行课程重组;构建模块式课程结构,增强课程结构的弹性。

Abstract:Facing with the new situation of social transformation, the cultivation objectives of rural secondary vocational education must be oriented as serving for the transformation of rural society. Nowadays, the curriculum model in rural secondary vocational education take subject as the center, the specialty scope is narrow, knowledge structure is single, and curriculum structure lack elasticity, which can't meet the demand of new country construction and transfer of rural labour force. The re-organization of curriculum model for rural secondary vocational education should take employment as the orientation, break the limitation of subject, take the enhancement of students transfer ability as the core, build modularized curriculum structure, and increase the flexibility of curriculum structure.
