| Abstract: | The effect of information technology is increasingly important for the development of firms, the construction of informatization is imperative under the situation to improve the competition of the firms. The signification of constructing firm informatization and the relationship between informatization and management were discussed, the advantaged ideas of the management in ERP were reviewed, and favorable suggestions for constructing firm informatization were provided. It is considered that Chinese firms come true the modernization of the management through the informatization, for improving the stuff and competition of the firms in all respects. |
