| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的发展 ,金融活动的全球化与自由化已成为不可逆转的趋势 ,在这种背景下 ,中国的资本市场由于监管体系的不完善 ,必然会产生泡沫经济、汇率的大幅度波动及投机盛行 ,进而导致金融风险的发生。因此 ,加快金融防范体系的建设 :一是要重构金融市场的微观基础 ;二是完善企业治理结构 ;三是实行灵活的管制措施 ;四是积极推进利率的市场化。

| Abstract: | With the development of economic globalization ,the globalization and liberalization of financial activity also have become trend .Under this kind of background, because of the imperfect system of capital market in China ,it will produce the bubble economy ,fluctuating rate, and the financial risk. Therefore, should build quickly the financial system: First , rebuild the tiny foundation of financial market ;Second ,perfect the enterprise's construction; Third, practice the vivid control measure; Fourth , positively push market interest. |
