| 摘 要： | 列宁在《论粮食税》这一经典著作中，指明国家资本主义是从小生产过渡到社会主义的中间环节，阐述了国家资本主义的概念、性质、形式等；站在历史唯物主义的高度，充分肯定了国家资本主义的进步作用；以辩证唯物主义的态度，正确对待国家资本主义。今天，深刻认识列宁关于国家资本主义的理论，对于我们认识社会主义改革开放对于人们思想认识的影响，具有重大的指导意义。

| Abstract: | In his classical works On Grain Taxes , Lenin Pointed out that National capitalism was the mid-link transited from small produce to socialism; elaborated the defination, nature and forms of national capitalism, and affirmed its progress fully standing on the height of his toric materialism; generally, Lenin treat national capitalism properly with the dialectical attitude. Today, realizing Lenin's attitude towards national capitalism has great guiding significance for us to understand the influence of reform and opening on people's mind and knowledge. |
