| 摘 要： | 从身体形态、机能、素质等三个方面对四川外语学院学生的体质现状进行了调查，并将结果与2002年京、沪、渝、粤、川等省市和该字1996年的相应指标作了横向和纵向的对比研究，得出该院学生身体形态良好，身体机能较低、身体素质稳中有降的结论。提出在体育课向体育向健康课程转型的过程中，针对学生的体质现状，应做到领导要重视，教学思想要正确，措施要得力，后勤要有保障等意见和建议。

| Abstract: | The survey is made as to the physical shape, the physical function and quality of the students in Sichuan International Studies University. In addition, the findings are compared and studied with those of colleges in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, Guangdong, Sichuan in 2002 as those of the University itself in 1996. A conclusion is therefore drawn that the physical shape of the students is pretty good, that the physical condition needs improvement, and that the physical quality generally remains moderate with the tendency of getting poorer. Further more, a suggestion is made that in the course of the transition from Physical Education to Physical Education and Health, the authorities should place emphasis on the present physical condition of the students, there should be a correct teaching idea, proper measures and good rear service. |
