| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育步入大众化阶段,提高高等教育效率有其现实和长远的战略意义。目前,我国高等教育存在效率低下的现象。基于利益关系人的角度,我国目前高等教育在大众化背景下更应该致力于如何提高高等教育效率。
