| Abstract: | The bottleneck in the development of non-government vocational colleges is teaching staff. The Prerequisite of teachers' school-based training in non-government vocational colleges is government's macro-regulation, the key point is that college leaders should pay attention to the training, the crux is to do two interrelated things simultaneously. That is, continue to perfect the traditional model of school-based training that fcuses on supervision while making great efforts to advocate the modern model of school-based training. |
