师生和谐——构筑和谐教育的重要途径

摘    要:和谐社会的建立,离不开和谐教育,和谐教育的构筑需要和谐的师生关系。本文从师生和谐的概念及其体现出发,指出了师生和谐对构筑和谐教育的重要性,进而提出了构筑师生和谐的四条主要条件,即建立教师自身的和谐、建立良好的交流平台、建立友好的教学关系和营造良好的校园文化氛围等。为构筑和谐教育提供了一条重要的途径。

Abstract:Building-up of harmonious society can't be separated from harmonious education whose building needs harmonious teacher-student relations. The paper that sets from the conception of harmony between teachers and students and its embodiment, has pointed out the significance of harmony teachers and students to build harmonious education, and then has brought forward four main conditions of building harmony between teachers and students, which are to mold teachers self's harmony, to build fine exchanging platform, to build benign relations between teaching and learning and to create fine campus culture atmosphere and so on It is an important approach to building harmonious education.
