| 摘 要： | 从基因工程菌(细胞)的生长动力学模型入手,阐述了导致基因工程菌不稳定的原因及不稳定性的表现;探讨了防止或降低基因工程菌不稳定性的对策,包括组建合适载体、选择适当宿主、施加选择压力、控制基因过量表达及控制培养条件等。

| Abstract: | The principle, representation and influence factors of instability of gene engineering cell were expatiated on the basis of mechanics model of recombinant cell's growth. Countermeasures about avoiding or reducing instability of gene engineering cell were discussed , which include construction of suitable vector, selection of proper host, infliction of selective pressure, controlling fermentation conditions and excessive expression of foreign gene ,etc. |
