| 摘 要： | 引文分析是衡量一种学术期刊学术水平及质量状态的一个重要标志,对于肯定和评价刊物的学术水平、办刊质量及今后发展趋势具有一定的现实意义。运用文献计量学原理,对中国人文社会科学学报学会第三届评优活动所评价的2003～2005年《天水师范学院学报(哲学社会科学版)》刊发的408篇文章的引文进行统计分析表明,随着《天水师范学院学报(哲学社会科学版)》整体学术质量和编辑质量的提高,《学报》的引文质量几年来进步很快,特别是2003年以来无论是论文的平均引文数、引文类型、新颖性等指标都有较大程度的提高,普赖斯指数逐年升高,接近了国内水平,但与一些优秀学术期刊相比,尚存在一定的差距。为了缩小这些差距,《学报》还需要从提高对引文价值的认识、建立健全引文制度、提高引文质量等几个方面在编辑过程中进一步改进。

| Abstract: | The statistics show that with overall improvement of the academic and editing quality of the section of philosophy and social sciences in the journal of Tianshui Normal University,the quality of quotations in the accepted papers has rapidly raised in the past years,especially since 2003,the index of the both coverage numbers,the originality of the quotations has risen greatly.The Price Index is gradually increasing year by year and is approaching the domestic standard.However,compared with some excellent academic journals,there is still a gap.To fill the gap,our academic journal should be further enhanced in heightening the recognition of quotations' value,establishing a perfect system of quotations and so on in the process of editing. |
