| 摘 要： | 分析论述了陕西省属本科高校科技力量总体比较薄弱，科技活动人员中高级职称人数偏少，科技经费严重不足；其科技的发展必须切实加强科技队伍的建设，加强高层次学术、学科带头人的培养，加强科技力量的综合配置，保证科技活动基本经费的投入。
