| 摘 要： | 城市化的进程，需构建两个方面的内在动力。其中，农业为工业提供劳动力、原材料以及发展资金，则构成了城市化进程中的“推动力”。基于上述背景，农业组织资源的优化与否，将直接影响农业部门“推动力”的形成。因此，探索我国农业组织资源优化的路径，便构成了本文的任务。

Whether the agriculture organization is optimized or not affects the ＂driving power＂ of the agriculture departments. Therefore, the way of optimization is the main topic in this paper. |
