| 摘 要： | 国外私立大学教师的权利受到良好的保障。主要体现在:明确的法律地位和身份;聘任制度法制化、规范化;完善的救济制度;教师组织的维权功能;国家的财政支持。对我国民办高校教师权利的保障有着很重要的借鉴作用。
