| Abstract: | On the 15th Universiade, Ma Wan, together with other students, has achieved good results in 400 m, 4 × 400 m, and other sports. Based on the analysis of their practice of training, the paper makes a preliminary study on the effective ways to improve the performance of college and university students in 400 m training. |
