踢毽锻炼对中老年女性单足站立平衡能力的影响

摘    要:研究旨在观察踢毽锻炼对中老年女性单足站立平衡能力的影响。在1年的观察中,经过3次跟踪测试,结果显示:踢毽锻炼组在第6个月和第1年的测试中,睁眼平衡时间比锻炼前分别增加了4.81s和16.73s,闭眼平衡时间比锻炼前时间分别增加了5.30s和11.86s,均有显差异,而对照组略有下降,但无显差异。表明踢毽锻炼有助于改善机体的平衡能力。

Abstract:Purpose on observe the effects of shuttlecock training to standing balance capacity of middle or old age woman's single foot.There were three times follow-up measurement during 1 year. Results display; after shuttlecock training for 1 year, the lasting time wh8ile standing with single foot whatever eyes opened or closed were longer than those in pre-training and indicated: shuttlecock training contribute to improvement of balance capacity.
