| 摘 要： | 晋商作为明清商帮之首,开创了对欧洲和蒙古的古中华茶马商道,其成功的商业经营绵延了五百年.文章探讨了晋商经营长盛不衰的文化底蕴,他们把儒、佛、道的文化精华糅合在经商事业中,不但通过言传、身教,更是通过建筑文化潜移默化地施教于从商子弟.这一点从晋商的故居和散落在他们栉风沐雨的艰辛旅途中的古中华会馆的建筑艺术中可以看到清晰的脉络.

| Abstract: | The Shanxi Merchants, playing a dominant role among merchandisers of Ming and Qing Dynasties opened an ancient route for transporting tea and horses to Europe and Mongolia, and kept their prosperity of business for as long as about 500 years. This paper deals with the cultural base of the long - lasting prosperity of Shanxi Merchandising. They combined the essence of Confucian, Buddhist and Taoist culture together into the whole process of business. They even taught their apprentices by the subtle influence of the architectural art as well as by words and by their own conduct, all of which can be clearly seen from their former residence and the architectural art of Chinese Ancient Guild-halls dotted along the long and hard journey of Shanxi Merchandising. |
