| 摘 要： | 从法律规制的视角对目前我国高校体育场馆在开放方面所呈现出的问题进行分析,提出应进一步完善和配套相关的法律法规,增强法律意识和文化道德修养,建立高校体育场馆全面开放的运行管理机制和法律监督机制,确保高校体育场馆的开放在现行有效的法律法规框架下依法规范进行,这是促进高校体育场馆健康,有序发展的必要途径.
