| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国在引进外资方面取得了令人瞩目的成就,2003年超过美国,成为全球吸引国外直接投资最多的国家。然而,随着国际资本流入量的逐年增加,国外资本对我国的资本流动性的影响日益加强,波动性也在不断加大,这必然会从多个方面对我国经济与金融体系产生冲击,增加宏观经济面临的不确定性风险。本文结合目前国际资本流动的形势和特点着重分析了国际资本流动冲击对我国宏观经济稳定的作用机制,并就如何应对资本流动冲击,稳定宏观经济的措施进行了探讨。
