基于系统动力学的人力资源管理外包风险仿真研究

摘    要:基于系统动力学建立了人力资源管理外包风险系统动力学模型,并对模型进行了系统仿真。从仿真的结果可以看出,通过人力资源管理外包可以在一定程度上降低企业的质量风险。而人力资源管理外包对于企业成本的降低有一定延迟。由于可能长期存在企业文化冲突,导致外包企业对外包商的工作并不认同或配合,引起文化差异风险的波动。由于外包企业在外包过程中不断泄露信息给外包商,导致外包企业管理能力下降,失控风险增加。

Abstract:To analyze the risk factors and character of the risk of human resource management outsourcing,we establish and simulate system dynamics model of the risk of human resource management outsourcing.The simulation analysis shows that quality risk can be reduced by human resource management outsourcing,which can also reduce cost risk with delay.The cultural conflict results in volatility of cultural differences because of non-cooperation between outsourcing enterprise and outsourcer.Information disclosure decreases management capacity and increases risk of out of control.
