| 摘 要： | 楚汉战争初期,楚强汉弱,项羽攻势甚急。刘邦为扭转不利形势,派遣韩信率军开辟北方战场。韩信在击灭或降服魏代赵燕诸国后,进击齐国。项羽命龙且率军救齐。在潍水之战中,韩信发挥郎中骑兵的优势,大破齐楚联军。潍水之战是韩信在北方战场上最后也是最具决定性的一战,此役过后,刘邦全面掌握战争主动权,项羽则不可避免的走向败亡之路,因此潍水之战也成为整个楚汉战争的重要转折点。
