盐胁迫对海蓬子、玉米光合速率和叶绿体超微结构的影响

摘    要:用含有一定浓度NaCl的Hogland培养液处理海蓬子、玉米幼苗,处理一定时间后测定其鲜重、干重、光合速率、气孔导度、细胞间隙CO2浓度及叶绿体超微结构等的变化.结果表明一定浓度的NaCl处理促进了海蓬子的生长,高盐度下海蓬子叶绿体结构的稳定是其能保持较高光合速率的原因.

Abstract:Seedlings of Salicornia bigelovii Torr.and Zea rnays were treated with different concentrations of NaCl.Fresh Weight,dry Weight,photosynthetic rate,Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,uhrastructure of chloroplast and other parameters were measured.The data showed 300 mmol/L NaCl is the optimal NaCl concentrations for Salicornia bigelovii Torr.The ultrastructure of chloroplast of Salicornia bigelovii Torr.was not easy damaged maybe the important reason for Salicornia bigelovii Torr.'s high photosynthesisrate under salt stress.
