中非职业教育合作的理念与路径

摘    要:经过多年发展,职业教育国际合作已逐渐形成项目化运作、协同化发展、多元化参与的实践格局。在"一带一路"建设及构建人类命运共同体进程中,作为职业教育国际合作重要组成部分的中非职业教育合作,被赋予更加多元化的内涵使命,也存在一些发展瓶颈。因此,需要在中非战略合作框架下积极探索职业教育合作的新模式,通过筑牢合作理念、创新实践路径、深化内涵建设、构建协同格局等深化路径,努力构建中非职业教育共同体。

Abstract:After years of development,international cooperation in vocational education has gradually formed a practical pattern of project operation,collaborative development and multi-agent participation.In the process of building the“Belt and Road”initiative and constructing a community of shared future for mankind,Sino-Africa vocational education cooperation has been given more diversified connotation and missions as an important part of international cooperation in vocational education.There are also some bottlenecks in its development.Therefore,it is necessary to actively explore the new model of vocational education cooperation under the framework of Sino-Africa strategic cooperation,and build the Sino-Africa Vocational Education Community by building the cooperation concept,innovating practice path,deepening connotation construction,and building a collaborative pattern.
