广西高职院校专业结构与区域产业结构适应性分析

摘    要:高职教育对接区域产业发展需求的有效性,可具体表现为高职院校专业结构与产业结构的适应性。通过对2011-2018年间广西产业发展和专业发展相关数据的数理统计分析,结果表明高职院校专业建设过程中存在中低端人才供给过剩、人才培养效率和质量偏低、专业建设目标与人才需求目标错位等突出问题。需要提升高职院校专业结构与产业结构的适应性程度,作为"需求端"的产业界要真正参与到技术技能人才培养和培训的全过程,作为"供给端"的高职院校要主动适应产业发展的多元需求,走特色化专业建设道路,建立起教育与产业深度融合、协同发力、有效对接的良性互动关系。

Abstract:The adaptability of higher vocational education docking with regional industry development can be concretely manifested. Based on the statistical analysis of industrial development and specialty development in Guangxi from 2011 to 2018, the results show that there are some serious problems in the process of specialty construction in higher vocational colleges, such as excessive supply of middle and lowend talents, lower efficiency and quality of talent training, misplacement of specialty construction objectives and talent demand objectives. Therefore, in order to improve the adaptability of the specialty structure and industrial structure, the industry should really participate in the whole process of skilled personnel training, and the higher vocational colleges should actively adapt to the diversified needs of industrial development, take the road of characteristic construction, and establish a good interactive relationship of deep combination, collaborative efforts and effective integration between education and industry.
