民国学界的农业职业教育思想发展及其当代启示

摘    要:民国学界农业职业教育思想的产生与发展具有独特的时代背景,在深受国内职教思潮影响的同时与职教实践形成了互动。民国学者们在农业职业教育的目标与作用、农业学校的设置、师资选择与培养、课程设置、教材编写等诸多方面的论述视角多元,观点多样,形成了该历史时期农业职教思想史的丰富面向。民国学者们的主张对当前农业职业教育发展和乡村振兴战略推进的启示包括:从推动乡村振兴的高度认识农业职业教育的作用、结合区域实际开展农业职业教育本土化改造、建立农业职业教育教师定期下乡机制、根据工作任务编制农业职业教育教材、构建多部门共同参与农业职业教育机制等。

Abstract:The emergence and development of agricultural vocational education thought in the academic circle of the Republic of China has a unique background of the times. It is deeply influenced by the domestic vocational education thought and interacts with the vocational education practice at the same time. The scholars in the Republic of China discussed the objectives and functions of agricultural vocational education, the setting of agricultural schools, the selection and training of teachers, the curriculum setting, and the compilation of textbooks, forming a rich orientations of the history of agricultural vocational education thought in this historical period. The enlightenment of scholars’ opinions in the Republic of China on the current development of agricultural vocational education and the promotion of Rural Revitalization Strategy includes: to understand the role of agricultural vocational education from the perspective of promoting rural revitalization, to carry out the localization transformation of agricultural vocational education in combination with regional reality, to establish a mechanism for agricultural vocational education teachers to go to the countryside on a regular basis, to compile agricultural vocational education textbooks according to their work tasks, and to establish a mechanism for multiple departments to participate in agricultural vocational education.
