| 摘 要： | 档案工作的立足点是社会需要，高校档案拓展社会服务功能是其事业发展的需求。为此，高校档案馆要更新理念，规范服务规程，强化基础工作，突出特色服务；档案工作要纳入高校自动化信息管理网络，建立高校档案信息网站，逐步规范电子档案管理工作。

| Abstract: | The foundation of file work is a social demand and the basis of its business development lies in expanding the social service.It is vital that higher education institution archivists should renew their conception, normalize service rules,enhance the foundation work,highlight the services of special features.It is necessary that the file work be integrated into the higher education institutions' automated information network to normalize electronic files management. |
