教育现代化视域下的高职教育评价:价值观照与类型赋能

摘    要:从教育现代化的视域对高职教育现代化发展进行评价应考虑其"教育性"和"职业性"的价值取向:学习者维度的成长成才之需、院校维度的内涵式发展之需、企业维度的高素质技术技能人才之需以及社会维度的"尊劳尚技"氛围之需。高职教育是不同于其他普通高等教育的另一种"类型教育",参考江苏省教育现代化监测评估现状,高职教育现代化监测评估框架在一定程度上不能客观反映出现实情况、缺失"人"和"文化"要素。在教育现代化检测评估过程中,高职教育现代化监测可考虑单独设置,进行"类型赋能",并在评价理念、评价表述、评价监测、评价关系等方面向"类型教育"取向转变,进一步完善与健全高职教育现代化评价机制。

Abstract:The evaluation of higher vocational education modernization from the perspective of educational modernization should consider the value orientation of"educational"and"occupationality":the need for the growth of the learner dimension,the need for the development of the institutional dimension,the need of high-quality technical skills talents in the enterprise dimension,and the need for a socially-dimensional"respect for work"atmosphere.Higher vocational education is another kind of"type education"different from other ordinary higher education.With reference to the status quo of monitoring and evaluation of education modernization in Jiangsu Province,the monitoring and evaluation framework for higher vocational education can not objectively reflect the actual situation and the lack of"people"and"cultural"elements.In the process of education modernization,the modernization monitoring of higher vocational education may be considered separately,and"type empowerment"shall be carried out,and the"type education"orientation such as evaluation concept,evaluation expression,evaluation monitoring and evaluation relationship shall be transformed.
