| 摘 要： | 大数据时代,高校思想政治教育队伍不仅要具备思想政治素质、实践操作能力、科学研究能力等,还要具备“大数据”思维能力、“大数据”工作平台应用能力和“大数据”驾驭能力。高校要注重培养思想政治教育队伍的“大数据”思维,搭建思想政治教育“大数据”工作平台,提升思想政治教育队伍驾驭“大数据”能力。
