| 摘 要： | 全球化是一个开放的时代，是我们时代的标志，也是当今世界开放的基础，并决定着中国的未来，在新的历史条件下，不仅要求哲学有新的思路，也要求它更加面对生活，在资本主义社会中工具理性已演化为技术理性，并发展成为一种社会统治形式，人类社会进步的出路是重建现代交往，用交往理性取代技术理性，交往理性的核心是主体间性，主体间性的本质是言语交际与交往资质，应将交往理性提到理性最重要的位置。并将人类社会的进步寄托在跨文化交往与平等对话中。

| Abstract: | Globalization is the sign of our times. It is the base of the outside world open. Meanwhile, it decides the future of developing China. Under this circumstance philosophy not only calls at the new train of thought, but also it must be geared to the needs of everyday life. The essay aims at the importance of the communicative nationality by analyzing the shortcomings of instrumental nationality and places the progress of society on cross cultural communication and equal dialogue. |
