| 摘 要： | 产业集群是当今世界经济发展的必然趋势，是带动襄樊经济发展必由之路。产业集群有五种典型发展模式，襄樊高新技术产业采用多核式发展模式。然而，襄樊高新技术产业集群发展过程中存在对高新技术产业集群概念的认识不清，产业集群内人才严重匾乏，资金投入和产业规模“小”的问题，为促进襄樊高新技术产业集群进一步发展，需要政府采取加强宏观控制，完善产业集群战略发展，优化区域网络，注重区域品牌建设等措施，以确保襄樊高新技术产业集群的良性发展。

| Abstract: | Industry cluster is an inevitable trend of economic development today, and it is also the necessary way for economic development of Xiangfan. It has five typical patterns. The model employed in Xiangfan is multi - core one. However, there are many problems in the development of Xiangfan high - tech industry cluster, such as unclear understanding of the concept, serious lack of talented people, ＂small＂ scale of funds inputs and industry size. In order to promote the further development and ensure the benign development of high - tech industry clus- ters, the government should strengthen macro - control, improve the strategic development of industry clusters, optimize regions network, pay attention to regions brand building, etc. |
