Abstract: | Against a background the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, according to the basic idea of the four “four-in-one” , the innovation and development of employment promotion mechanism, is a recipe for giving full play to the unique advantages of Independent Colleges in Hebei province. Four“four-in-one” are: the employment-related subjects which are government departments, social resources, parent universities and independent colleges, the objects of supply and demand matching regulation that include development of social demand ,enrollment plan, personnel training, and the shunting of employment; the elements of innovation and entrepreneurship which are problem consciousness, innovative thinking, practice platform, and policy support and development; the talent cultivation process of general education, professional training, career guidance, and application-oriented .The four “four-in-one” are from macro to micro, in turn, are the key ways to promote the leapfrog development of graduates employment in independent colleges, but also the essential elements to improve the independent colleges sustainably and stably. |
