| 摘 要： | 面对新形势下党治国理政的新场景和种种挑战，提升网络新闻舆论阵地引导力是信息化时代促进国家治理能力现代化的重要方面，在当前社会多元化趋势下要充分运用党的网络新闻舆论阵地有效地引领思想舆论和凝聚社会共识。网络新闻舆论阵地要通过内容呈现、方法适应、共同治理三个层面的优化和有机统一共同发挥党的思想政治教育优势、释放网络引领正能量，使之成为“丰富人民精神世界，增强人民精神力量”的前沿高地。

Discussion on Promoting Guidance of the Mainstream Media in Public Opinions in the Horizon of Ideological and Political Education |

| Abstract: | Facing the new situation of the party in governing and challenges new scene, improve network news public opinion position guiding force is the important aspect of promote the governance ability of modern information age, under the current social diversification trend should fully use the network news public opinion position effectively guide public opinion and social consensus. The party’s network news media, by promoting and unifying three levels, content presentation, method of adaptation, and co-governance, should take advantage of the Party’s ideological and political education, release network’s positive energy and make it the leading edge of the highlands of “enriching people’s spiritual world, and enhancing people’s spiritual strength”. |
