| 摘 要： | 以河南封丘金银花品种带腋芽茎段为外植体建立无菌体系,通过不同的灭菌剂进行时间和浓度梯度的对比,以及两种灭菌剂混合使用对外植体进行灭菌处理,得出最佳灭菌组合:先用75%的酒精灭菌45 s,然后用0.15%HgCl2灭菌8 min。

| Abstract: | The stems with axillary buds of Henan Fengqiu Lonicera japonica Thunb were taken as explants to build aseptic system.This experiment use different disinfectant at different time and concentration to treat explant,and the result showed that the best method is using 75% ethanol for 45s at first and following with 0.15% HgCl2 for 8min. |
