| 摘 要： | 在信息技术时代、当今竞争激烈的社会,对高校教师实施心理关怀,有利于教师身心健康,促进师生发展;有利于增强管理效能,实现教育目标;有利于融洽人际关系,构建和谐校园。高校应讲究教师心理关怀的策略:改善心智模式,施加柔性影响;强化角色意识,促进人格完善;满足心理需求,注重情感激励;抒解心理压力,消除职业倦怠。

| Abstract: | In the current time of informative technology,to put the psychological management of university teachers into effect is beneficial to make them physically and mentally healthy,to enhance effects of management,and to build up a harmonious campus.Some managerial tactics should be stressed,such as,improving the intellect mode,reinforcing role consciousness,meeting with mental needs,and relieving mental pressure. |
