| 摘 要： | 本研究旨在探求网络成瘾(以下简称IAD)与大学生的情绪障碍的关系,为网络成瘾的预防和有效干预,以及大学生的心理健康教育提供理论依据。采用整群分层法抽取至少有一年网络使用经验的1~4年级高等院校大学生341名,使用网络成瘾量表、状态焦虑问卷以及抑郁自评量表进行团体施测。结果表明:(1)网络成瘾大学生与非网络成瘾大学生的焦虑和抑郁情绪有显著差异;(2)网络成瘾对焦虑和抑郁均有极为显著的预测作用,网络成瘾对焦虑的解释度为14.3%,对抑郁的解释度为13.6%。
