| 摘 要： | 我国住房制度实现了由福利、实物分配向货币化、商品化分房的转化.1998年以来,湖北职业技术学院经历了两次住房制度改革,并取得了阶段性的成果.文章通过对新制度主义政治学中理性选择制度主义、历史制度主义和社会学制度主义三种不同分析路径的整合,形成新的综合性分析框架,研究湖北职业技术学院住房制度改革发现：政府、高校、教师的有限理性选择是制度变迁的微观基础;三者之间权益的博弈是其变迁的动力机制;文化认同的合法性是其变迁的决定性因素之一.

| Abstract: | Chinag housing system has transformed from welfare housing system, physical distribution to mone- tization and commercialization housing allotment system. Since 1998, Hubei Polytechnic Institute has been through housing system reforms twice, and achieved periodical success. By integrating institutionalism, historical institu- tionalism and sociological institutionalism rationally chosen from new institutionalism politics, the paper forms a comprehensive analytical framework to analyze reforms of housing system in Hubei Polytechnic Institute. It shows that the bounded rational choice of government, colleges, and teachers is the micro - foundation of institutional change. Their interest balance is the dynamic mechanism of the changes and the legitimacy of the cultural identity is one of the decisive factors. |
