| 摘 要： | 为了贯彻落实湖北省教育厅《关于推进职业教育集团化办学的指导意见》等文件精神,提升湖北护理职业教育品牌,大力推进湖北护理职业教育向规模化、集约化、连锁化的方向发展,实现区域内教育和经济资源共享、优势互补,形成涵盖湖北护理职业教育的新型联合体,为湖北医疗卫生行业提供技术技能型人才,2013年初湖北省卫生厅、教育厅先后批复同意由湖北职业技术学院牵头组建湖北护理职业教育集团.集团经过探索和实践取得了阶段性成果,但也存在一些问题需要思考和解决.

| Abstract: | In order to follow the instructions about group developing plan of nursing vocational education approved by the Ministry of Education of Hubei, and enhance the quality of Hubei nursing vocational education, Hubei Polytechnic Institute helped to build up Hubei Nursing Vocational Group in the early 2013 by common consent of Hubei Health Department and Hubei Ministry of Education. Thus the scale, intensiveness and chains of nursing vocational education can be developed and the resources of education and economy will be shared to form the new union of nursing vocational education in Hubei province, providing skillful and professional talents for Hubei medical and health care industry. After exploration and practice, some achievements have been gained and there are still some problems to be solved. |
