| 摘 要： | 履行社会责任是影响企业可持续发展的重要因素。文章以2010年我国A股633家上市公司的企业年报为数据样本,实证分析了企业履行社会责任对可持续发展的影响。研究结果表明,企业社会责任与可持续发展之间存在着显著的正向关系,企业积极履行社会责任从长期看能够改善企业经营绩效,从而促进企业可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The fulfillment of enterprises＇ social responsibility is an important factor affecting their sustainable development.Taking the annual reports of 633 A- share listed companies in China as the data sample,this paper analyzes the effect of companies＇ fulfillment of social responsibilities on their sustainable development.The empirical results show that the fulfillment of enterprises＇ social responsibility and their sustainable development are notably correlated.The enterprises＇ active fulfillment of the social responsibility can improve the business performance and correspondingly can promote their sustainable development. |
