| 摘 要： | 在我国总体"人口红利"向"人才红利"转变的背景下,人口素质是影响地区经济发展的重要因素。基于此,从慈溪市统计部门的基本数据出发,综合研究慈溪市人口素质发展问题。通过数理分析慈溪市人口素质发展趋势及慈溪市人口素质与慈溪市的经济发展的关系,提出提升慈溪市人口素质的路径,以期为慈溪市提高人口素质,推动经济社会快速发展,提供重要的决策参考。

| Abstract: | In the context of our country＇s overall transition from population bonus to talent bonus, population quality is an important factor influencing regional economic development. Therefore, proceeding from the basic data of Cixi City statistics department, this pa- per makes a comprehensive analysis of the population quality development. The population quality development trend of Cixi City and the relationship between the population quality of Cixi City and its economic development are analyzed through mathematical analysis and the methods of improving the population quality of Cixi City in order to provide important decision-making reference for the improvement of the population quality of Cixi City and promote the rapid economic and social development. |
