| 摘 要： | 胡瑗的“苏湖教法”所包含的教学艺术方法主要包括分斋教学法、因材施教及鼓励教学法、娱乐教学法、潜移默化法和注重构建和谐的师生关系等。“苏湖教法”显示出了卓越的教育教学艺术，在中国教育史上有着举足轻重的地位，至今仍对我们的教育工作具有重要的借鉴启示意义。
