| 摘 要： | 本文主要采用数据分析,对1978—1993年间各年度世界跳跃、投掷类项目前24名运动员的年龄进行分析讨论,在进行大量数据统计的基础上提出各跳跃、投掷项目的最佳竞技年龄的范围,以及在多年训练过程中针对运动员的年龄特点安排训练应该注意的一些问题。

| Abstract: | This article mainly uses the data analysis method to analyse and discuss the ages of the world's 24 best jump and throw atheletes during 1978 - 1993. On the statistic basis, it put forward the range of the optimum ages for jump and throw atheletics. And some of the problems; should be paid attention to in the perennial training in accordance with the age characteristic of the atheletes. |
