| 摘 要： | 德国高等教育的近代发展是从大学的革新开发的，各种专门学院是在大学教育发展到一定阶级后才得到显的发展。中国近代高等教育的发展是从专门教育的兴起开始的，大学建立后大学教育成了高等教育的主要组成部分。两国在发展近代高等教育过程中所走的道路，所采取的政策，既存在着某些差别，又有一些相似之处。

| Abstract: | The development of modern higher education in Germany began when educational reforms were carried out in universities specialized colleges of various types made big strides in development after considerable progress.had been achieved in the university education.The development of higher education in China started with the emergence of specialized education.When universities were established,university education became a major component of higher education.When comparing the developmental courses and the policies adopted in developing higher education, we'll see that there are both differences and similarities in the development of modern higher education in the two countries. |
