| 摘 要： | 大学文化是大学赖以生存和发展的基础,是大学核心竞争力的重要组成部分。文化差距是地方高校发展滞后的重要原因,地方高校应树立先进教育理念,着力培育大学精神,积极构建现代科学的制度体系,加强校风和校园文化建设,注重文化标识和物质文化建设,强化特色文化建设,以先进的大学文化促进学校健康持续发展。

| Abstract: | The university culture is the basis for developing and survival of a university, and an important part of the core competitiveness of the university. The cultural gap is an important reason for the delay of local universities development. Local colleges and universities should establish an advanced educational concepts, focus on cultivating university spirit, actively building a system of modern science, and strengthening the ethos and construction of campus culture, focusing on cultural identity and material culture, strengthen the special culture construction, so as to promoting school healthy and sustainable development by an advanced university culture. |
