| 摘 要： | 动画片创作绘制是一个技术、艺术相结合，难度较大的工作。动画设计人员是用画笔塑造动画的各种形象，是动画片的主要创作者。动画设计者所具备的业务能力之强弱，直接关系到动画片的艺术质量。该文就动画设计人员的知识结构与能力，从绘画、表演、生活积累、计算机技能四方面进行了探讨和分析。
