| 摘 要： | 从五个方面探讨了研究型大学的知识产权管理：对知识产权进行战略性管理，并落实到具体管理环节；要十分重视对知识资产的经营，把保护和开发结合起来；加强对知识产权的过程管理；高度重视知识产权管理中对人的管理；重视知识产权的信息化管理，同时做好纸面文件的保存管理。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses management of research universities'IPRs. IPRs should be taken into account of the whole development strategy of research universities as one of the most important factors,this is so called IPRs strategy. IPRs strategy shall be carried out through the fulfillment of each managing step. Research universities ought to attach much importance to exploitation of IPRs as well as to protection for IPRs. Process management of IPRs should be strenthened and creators of IPRs should be respected greatly in IPRs management;at last,while,informationization work is done good,paper documents should be saved fully and safely. |
