人力资源管理类专业课程双语教学的实践研究

摘    要:双语教学是高校课程教学改革中的一项重要举措,各高校都在积极实施与响应,但是双语教学的实际效果与成功度值得我们教育工作者深思。文章结合人力资源管理专业课程双语教学过程中的实际体会与感悟,总结了影响双语教学效果的5个关键因素,以及双语教学过程中应该注意避免的几个问题。

Abstract:Bilingual teaching is an important initiative of the teaching reform of university curricula; all colleges and universities are actively implementing and response, but the practical effect of bilingual education and the degree of success worthy of our educators for thought. In combination with the practical experience and insights of human resource management professionals in the process of bilingual teaching, the article summed up five key factors of the bilingual education effect, as well as a number of issues should be taken to avoid in the process of bilingual teaching.
