| 摘 要： | 李鸿章是铁路外债的首倡者之一并付诸实施.综观李鸿章主持举借的几笔铁路外债,都是商业借款,不附带政治条件,且轻息无折扣.甲午战后,列强对中国铁路筑路权、投资权的掠夺,与李鸿章的借款筑路思想,没有内在的逻辑的联系.

| Abstract: | Li Hongzhang was the initiator of railway foreign debts and then put it into practice.To make a comprehensive survey,the railway foreign debts by Li Hongzhang were all commercial loans of low interest and no discount without any political conditions.After the Sino_Japanese War of 1894,the imperialists' plunder of China's rights of building roads and investment had no intrinsic logical connection with Li Hongzhang's idea of building roads by loans. |
