太极拳运动与老年人健康体适能的研究进展

Abstract:As people get aged,their cardiac and respiratory functions and their exercise capability become weakened,and percentage of body fat tends to increase,which constitute a threat for the living quality of the old.In this article,the effect of Tai Chi on improving health related physical fitness of the old is studied,aiming at guiding the old to employ scientific methodology in exercise.
