| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志提出的“以德治国”的重要思想，是对我们党领导人治理国家的基本方略的完善和创新，是党的第三代领导集体对马克思主义国家学说的发展和贡献。我们一定要正确认识和估价“以德治国”重要思想的精神实质，坚持从中国国情出发，寻求依法治国与以德治国有机结合的有效途径。把以德治国的思想落实到以德修身、以德育人等具体行动中，为实现中华民族的伟大复兴奠定坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | The important thought of governing the country with ethics proposed by President Jiang Zemin is the perfection and innovation of our Communist Party's basic plam in governing the country and the development and contribution to the Marxism on ruling the country from the third leading group. We must have proper understanding and assessment of the nature of the concept, so as to seek the effective way to combine the governing laws with both and ethics and according our country's real situation. We should put theory into the actions of the perfecting individuals by ethics and educationg people by ethics, and to build a sound foundation for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. |
