| 摘 要： | 高职院校虽是非营利性组织，但它是一种典型的利益相关者组织，高职办学应考虑到学生和企业等利益相关方。高职旅游专业的课程设置应遵循以能力为本位的教育思想，突出对学生能力的培养。针对目前高职旅游类专业人才培养现状，在利益相关者理论和以能力为本位的教育思想指导下，提出了“专业技能＋英语”的复合人才培养模式和构建路径。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational college is a typical kind of stakeholder organization, so higher vo-cational education should consider the interests of its stakeholders, such as students and related enter-prises. At the same time, courses offered for tourism specialties in higher vocational colleges should follow the ideas of CBE and put more emphasis on abilities cultivating.
