| 摘 要： | 青少年是思想政治教育工作的基本对象。立德育人，既是时代赋予教育的崇高使命和根本任务，也是培养中国特色社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人的根本要求。基诺族是新中国成立后最后被确认的少数民族，由于其民族文化、习俗及信仰等方面的特殊性，使得基诺族青少年思想政治教育工作存在教育的差异性。教育原则之一是因材施教。鉴于此，以基诺乡民族小学为例，探究加强基诺族青少年思想政治教育工作的新思想和新方法。

| Abstract: | Youth is the basic object of Ideological and political education work. Moral educa-tion, is the lofty mission bestowed by the times and the fundamental task of education, the fundamen-tal requirements of qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the culture of the. The Jinuo ethnic minorities since the founding of new China was finally con- firmed, because of its special national culture, customs and religious belief, which makes the work of Ideological and political education of Jinuo education. One of the principles is to teach students in ac- cordance with education. In view of this, this article makes the Jinuo ethnic primary school as an as to explore new ideas and new methods of ideological and political education. |
